Replacement Parts

Consumers in the United States or Canada may order replacement parts. Choose one of the following three ways to obtain them.

Access secure site for online ordering
Download the Handle & Knob Replacements Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and mail the completed form with your check or credit card information
Call Customer Service at 262-626-8623 between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Central Time) to order using a major credit card

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery of parts replacements.
